There’s no additional cost to integrate BrightHire with all the recruiting tools you already use – your ATS, scheduling tools, Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack to name a few. And BrightHire has by far the deepest ATS integrations in our category.

Are there training or implementation fees?

There are no extra fees for training or implementation. All Team and Enterprise customers get free access to our world-class Customer Success team to ensure implementing BrightHire and training your hiring teams is a seamless, easy process.

How much work does it take to get started?

Most clients can be set up in less than one day. Our platform is robust with capabilities, but lightweight to adopt with seamless integrations.

What is the candidate’s experience?

BrightHire helps our clients deliver an exceptional candidate experience by freeing up interviewers to focus on the candidate and ensuring an efficient, coordinated interview process. Using BrightHire doesn’t require candidates to adopt a new workflow or use a new platform, your interview process stays the same. Candidates join interviewers as they do today. We also help you keep candidates informed and in control during the process, automating notifications before the interview and offering an easy way to opt-out of recording. Historically, only 1-4% of candidates opt-out of being recorded. And we frequently hear that they truly notice the impact of having focused interviewers and a less repetitive process.

What about AI laws for hiring?

BrightHire ensures compliance with laws and regulations related to use of AI in hiring. Many of the emerging laws relate to using AI to make hiring decisions or subs. We use AI to provide certain features such as interview summarizations, insights for talent leaders, and job description creation and analysis. Our Platform does not replace human judgment; its output is part of multiple factors hiring managers use in hiring decisions; and BrightHire does not use AI to evaluate videos. We are compliant with applicable laws in the US and the EU.

How secure is my interview data?

Security and compliance is our top priority. BrightHire is compliant with SOC2 Type II, GDPR & CCPA. In addition, we offer enterprise customers robust controls over their data, including ability to set custom data retention rules tied to your internal data retention policies or ATS actions.
