Monthly credits are reset at the beginning of each calendar month, regardless of when you subscribed to the service. Recurring daily credits are reset at midnight UTC.

The changes in terms of features, credits, etc. take effect immediately after you change your subscription. When changing to a more expensive subscription, the difference is prorated. When changing to a less expensive subscription, the prorated difference is added to your balance, and used for future payments.

The intention behind the plans that offer unlimited access to some of our models is to allow you to use those models without worrying about running out of credits. To that end, the credit cost of these models is reduced to 0. Please be aware that the service is intended for individual, organic use for story-writing and role-playing. To ensure fair use and service quality for all of our customers, we monitor usage patterns and reserve the right to apply usage limits or to suspend your account and subscription in case our systems detect abuse. If you are on a plan with extra daily credits, it means that even after you have used up your monthly recurring credits, you can still use up to the given number of credits per day. Example: If you are on a plan with 1000/month + 30/day extra credits and you have used all 1000 credits in the first 10 days of the month, you can still use up to 30 credits per day for the rest of the month until your monthly credits are reset. Some things to keep in mind: The extra daily credits do not accumulate. The extra daily credits are only used once you run out of your monthly credits. The extra daily credits do not restrict your daily usage. If you have 100 remaining monthly credits, and you have 30/day extra credits, you can use up all 100 credits in a single day.

Context window determines the “short-term memory” of the model. It is the amount of text (tokens) that the model can see and produce at once. The context window depends on the model and the subscription plan. By default, for free users, it is 4000 tokens. Checkout the documentation on tokens and context windows for more details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (month for monthly plans), but will not be renewed after that. To cancel your subscription, go you your Account > Billing page and click “Manage Subscription”.
