Yes, we offer free trials on some of our plans. During the trial you get access to a plans features and get your website launched. Cancel anytime via your account settings.
I already have a custom domain. Can I use it with Mixo?
Yes, we provide setup instructions that makes connecting your existing domain to a Mixo site really easy. If you dont have a domain or want a new one, you can also register one with Mixo and we will take care of the setup for you.
How do I get my free domain?
Some of our plans include a free domain for the first year. If you choose a plan that includes a free domain, you will be prompted to select your domain after you have created your site and customize your domain. If you already have a domain, you can connect it to your Mixo site at any time. Visit our terms and conditions for more details on the free domain offer.
Does Mixo host my website for me?
Yep! All Mixo packages come with our fully-managed cloud hosting. This means your website will be available all the time, no worries!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can change your plan whenever you like via your account settings. If you switch to a more expensive plan, a pro-rated charge will be applied for the remainder of the billing cycle. If you switch to a less expensive plan, your account will be credited on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the billing cycle.
