What will happen after the free sign up?
After you sign up, you can start a 14 days free trail, letting you enjoy the full Investor Plus plan benefits. Once those 14 days are over, your account will either: A) switch to the Investor plan if you did not enter any payment method or B) automatically switch to the selected paid plan using your selected payment method.
What are the supported payment methods?
You can pay for your monthly and yearly subscriptions using either credit cards or cryptocurrencies. To know more about crypto payments, have a look at our guide
What will happen once my paid plan is over?
Once your paid plan is over, if you did not renew it, you will be downgraded to the free Investor plan, any bot or advantage depending on your expired paid plan will be stopped.
Does OctoBot take any fees from trades?
No, OctoBot only charges monthly subscriptions when using a paid plan. There is no extra or hidden fee.
How many bots can I use?
According to your selected plan and reward level, you can use up to 20 simultaneous OctoBots.
What are unlockable features?
The Investor plan is free and contains a few features that become available after succeeding in missions. Those missions can be to start an OctoBot, invite a friend and much more. You will find the complete list of missions on your rewards dashboard
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can use a different plan from your current one at any time.
How can I get a refund?

Can OctoBot trade stocks or forex markets?
No, OctoBot can only trade crypto markets on the supported exchanges.
