Paper Q&A allows you to ask any question about a paper and receive a quick response within seconds, eliminating the need to read long papers tediously.
What happens when I go over the AI usage limit on a Free Plan?
When you reach the limit, you will still have access to read, edit, and organize existing papers and notes as usual. However, certain features, such as Paper Espresso, will be unavailable unless you upgrade your plan.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
Your OpenRead subscription, whether annual or monthly, is set to renew automatically until you decide to cancel it. To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to the Subscription section within the Personal Center, and click on the "Change" button. After cancellation, you will retain access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
If you wish to request a refund and have a valid reason that does not include: a) accidental subscription, b) auto-renewal, c) dissatisfaction with quality, please feel free to contact us at <b>[email protected]</b>. We may offer a full refund (non-pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 24 hours of signing up. Each case will be considered individually. Please note that <b>requests for refunds must be submitted exclusively via email. Do not initiate disputes through your bank or other payment methods</b>, as such actions will lead to the flagging of your payment as potentially fraudulent, based on our experience with previous cases. In the event of such disputes, we will not refund, and we will have to take the necessary measures, including blacklisting your OpenRead account. This will result in the prohibition of any further activities on OpenRead. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure and reliable payment environment for all users.
