What will I get with my free trial?
You get full access to all the features, including PPC analytics and automation tools. However, you can only automate PPC for 1 product in 1 country.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, and no contracts.
Is my data confidential and secure?
Yes, your confidentiality is extremely critical to us, and we will never share your data with anyone. We also take security seriously. We store your data with a leading database provider secured by industry standards. We will also delete your data entirely after account deactivation.
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit cards only at the moment.
How does Automated ASINs works?
One automated ASIN allows you automate your ads associated with one ASIN in a country. For example, if you have 10 products each in USA, UK, and Canada, but you only want to automate 1 ASIN in USA, the same ASIN in UK, and another ASIN in Canada, you will need 3 automated ASINs. You can always reassign the automated ASIN to another ASIN at any time.
Which Amazon marketplaces do you support?
We currently support United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Japan, Singapore and Australia.
Is it complicated to use?
No, you can set up the automation in a few clicks. Assign pre-set (and customizable) rules to your existing Ad Groups, and the automation will start working on your Ads.
Is it for FBA, FBM or Vendors?
Scale Insights is best for FBA sellers.
When will I start seeing results?
It depends on how well your product converts, and if you want to lower your ACOS or to rank for keywords. We automate your strategy execution and make improvements based on past performance. We can remove bleeding keywords and get more traffic to performing keywords. However, your result also depends on factors like your product listing, product quality, your competitors, and conversion. If a keyword converts well, we will gradually raise the bids to drive more sales. However, if it performs poorly, we will gradually reduce the bids to minimize loss, reducing traffic, and cost.
