Is Enterprise edition available?
Yes. For enterprises with 50+ users we offer special pricing, premium 24*7 support, free product training sessions and support in the development of additional specialized integrations.
Is automatic recurring payment possible?
Yes, you can decide to repeat the payment automatically when a new invoice is issued by our sales. The card details are not stored on ScrumDesk systems, they are processed and stored by the bank institution only. You can revoke permission for automatic payment anytime.
We are students and we want to use ScrumDesk Academic. What shall we do?
The best way is to ask your teachers or assistant in the university or school to set up a new account for the school and invite us to such newly created organization account in ScrumDesk. You will be able to invite your other classmates to projects managed in ScrumDesk.
Can I install ScrumDesk locally?
Yes. We support onsite installation. We are ready to help you with it. Please contact our sales in such case as onsite installations are charged in a different way.
Do I have to pay for stakeholders as well?
No. ScrumDesk is for free for guest account type that you can assign to your clients or stakeholders so they are able to access your boards easy.
Can I pay via wire transfer?
ScrumDesk can be paid via VISA or MasterCard cards. In case you need an alternative approach, please contact our sales. We are able to support wire transfers or money transfer via PayPal. Due to the cost of the wire transfer, we suggest considering this way of payment for annual (or multiple months) plan.
How is it with 30 days trial period?
Do we support trial period? Yes, definitely. In most of cases, you will not need it. Because of you want to try ScrumDesk, register with less than 5 users and you will get an access to all features provided by ScrumDesk Profession edition for free. Once you will need more than 4 users, you will be asked to choose either cheaper ScrumDesk Start! or fully packaged ScrumDesk Professional. Four users will be for free (for non-profit 20 users) for free.
