An active flow refers to an automated workflow that is currently operational and actively processing contacts enrolled based on predefined triggers and conditions on the Flow Builder, the visual editor on the SleekFlow 2.0 platform.
What is the difference between active flows and automation rules?
Active flows are automation workflows created using the visual Flow Builder on SleekFlow 2.0. They are flow-based and enable more complex processes with branching and conditional logic. On the other hand, automation rules are simple automation actions created on SleekFlow 1.0. They typically involve predefined conditions triggering specific actions using a table-like automation tool.
Does SleekFlow integrate with WhatsApp Business API?
Yes we do! We are an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). SleekFlow always ensures that customers obtain the best pricing for a large volume of WhatsApp messages. Do I need to pay for WhatsApp Business API?

What happens if I reach the customer contact limits?
When you exceed your customer contact limit, you will no longer be able to send messages to your contacts until the limit has been increased with an upgrade on your subscription plan or purchasing the Additional Contact add-on.
Is it possible to add on extra users or contacts for free?
Yes! Simply leave a review on G2 or Capterra and share your experience with SleekFlow, then fill in the form to enjoy extra users or contacts for your account.
What qualifies as a broadcast message?
Any messages sent using SleekFlow's Broadcast feature will count as a broadcast message. Do note that broadcast messages do not include any outbound message your team sends through the Inbox feature.
What happens if I reach my limit for broadcast messages?
You’ll receive a reminder to upgrade when you near the limit. You will not be able to send broadcast messages once the limit is exceeded.
Are there additional charges for each instant messaging channel added?
Most instant messaging channels do not have additional charges. However, some channels such as SMS and WhatsApp may incur additional fees for API setup and message quotas. Contact us to learn more!
What are the available methods of payment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our accredited payment gateway partner, Stripe, including Visa, Master, American Express, and China UnionPay. For invoices exceeding $10,000 USD, we also offer alternative payment methods, such as bank transfer and cheque.
