If you purchase a Character Ownership, you can use the purchased character permanently with a one-time payment.
In what cases can purchased products or licenses be refunded?
If a member cancels the paid service contract within 7 days of the payment date and no usage has been confirmed, a refund is possible. If the member cancels the subscription without fault on the company's part, 50% of the remaining days' amount will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded. However, for character ownership rights, refunds are not possible if more than 7 days have passed since the payment date or if usage has been confirmed.
