What is included in the subscription?
The subscription includes consultation and training, access to the Guest Journey Editor, smart locks setup help, a customized Guest Experience Dashboard, access to Enso Connect’s partner ecosystem, PMS integration, and online support.
Do you have a free trial?
A free trial isn’t suitable due to the setup time. However, paid trials are offered for property managers with more than 150 properties under management. Book a meeting with the sales team to discuss your needs!
Are there any other fees?
Enso Connect charges 5% to your guests on all non-tax-related fees, such as Upsells, Damage Waivers, and Pet Fees. Any additional connected package (such as guest screening or verification with Autohost or Superhog) would be add-ons.
What is the contract duration and cancelation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time but we do require 60 days notice to do so. We do not offer refunds unless there are special circumstances. Contracts are for a 1 year duration.
I don’t have a PMS, can I still use Enso Connect?
Unfortunately, for now, Enso Connect is only available when connected to your property management system. You can learn more about the list of PMS by exploring our integrations.
