The process is simple: each team member uploads their photo, and within just an hour, AI produces high-quality, studio-grade headshots that are tailored to match your company's branding. You can add team members in two easy ways: Email Invitation – Enter their email addresses in your dashboard. They’ll receive an invitation with step-by-step instructions to upload their photos and generate their headshots. Invite Link – Generate a unique invite link from your dashboard and share it via your preferred messaging platform. Team members can simply click the link to join and start the process.

Each team member needs to upload 15 photos. Further guidelines will be provided within the app and on the Guidelines page.

Additionally, the team lead can access the generated headshots, which will also be available individually to each team member.
