Are there any image requirements I should be aware of when uploading photos?
To ensure quality results, you'll need to upload a minimum of 10 photos of your furry friend, however we recommend at least 20-30 to get the best results. In terms of what type of photos to upload, ensure each image only contains one animal (ie. no group shots). Also, it is important to make sure no humans are in any photo. Finally, aim to upload multiple angles of your furry friend.
What happens after my images are generated?
Once the portraits have been generated, you'll receive an email to notify you that they are ready for you to view. Your furry friend portraits are then yours to keep and do whatever you want with them.
What image file types do you accept?
We currently support PNG, JPG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF, and JFIF image file types.
What will you do with the photos I upload?
After you upload your photos and purchase a collection, we use those photos to train an AI model that will generate portraits of your furry friend. After 24 hours, we automatically delete your uploaded photos from our servers.
How long does it typically take to generate the portraits?
Once you purchase a collection, we commence generating your portraits immediately. Typically, it takes approximately 20-60 minutes to generate them, depending on the current processing times and volume.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the high costs of generating AI images, we ask you to abide by our image upload requirements when purchasing a collection. Therefore, we cannot provide any refunds unfortunately. If you are not satisfied with the results, please feel free to contact our support team to see if we can help.
