Refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions apply only if all the following conditions are met: 1. Within 3 days of subscription start. 2. Credit usage does not exceed 50 credits(including the gift credits). If eligible, the refund will be calculated based on your usage, minus a 6% service fee from the original payment.
