What types of plans does StampJam offer?
StampJam offers two major types of plans - Single use and Unlmited. With each type of plan we offer a Standard & Pro plan.
What is the difference between the Single use Standard and Unlimited use Standard plan?
In the Single use Standard plan, users can make ONLY a single stamp. In the Unlmited Standard plan, users can make unlimited stamps for 30 days or 365 days. In both plans, only PNG format will be provided. In the unlimited Standard plan all your stamp designs will be saved in your own personal library. You can Login and access your designs to edit, copy, delete etc.
What is the difference between the single use Pro and unlmited use Pro plan?
In the single use Pro plan users can make ONLY one stamp design. The stamp formats you will receive are PNG, EPS, SVG, PDF & JPG. Besides the multiple formats, you will also get access to stamp your PDF for 7 days (from date of purchase). In the unlimited Pro plan, users can design and download unlmited number of stamps (PNG, EPS, SVG, PDF & JPG formats) and will also get access to PDF stamping for 30/365 days (from date of purchase).
What If I have bought the Standard plan (single or unlimted) and now want to switch to the Pro plan?
If you have already purchased either of the Standard plans and now want to switch to the Pro plan, please email us at [email protected] and we will upgrade your plan after you make the payment for the difference in price.
Is the unlmited plan a subscription plan? Will I be charged automatically every 30 or 365 days?
Either of the unlmited plans (Standard & Pro) are not a subscription. You will not automatically be charged every 30/265 days. After 30/365 days are over, you will be required to login again and make your payment for the next 30/365 days.
