What’s the difference between the Standard Plan, Pro Plan, and Flexible Plan?
The Standard Plan and Pro Plan are X-Design subscription plans that grant a set number of credits each month. The Flexible Plan allows you to purchase credits separately. Subscribers can access Enhance Photo, Object Remover, and all photo editing tools. Standard Plan: 50 credits per month. Pro Plan: 100 credits per month. Credits are used for AI-powered tools such as AI Image Generation, AI Model Generation, and AI Video Generation.
What are credits?
Credits are used to access AI-powered tools, such as AI Image Generation, AI Model Generation, and AI Video Generation. These features require significant computing power, so they are charged based on credit usage. Credits from the Flexible Plan are valid for two years. Credits included in the Standard Plan and Pro Plan are valid as long as your subscription is active. Unused credits roll over each month if you remain subscribed.
How do I cancel my subscription? What happens to my credits after cancellation?
If you cancel your subscription: Subscription credits will be frozen until you resubscribe. Flexible Plan credits are not affected. To cancel your subscription, follow these steps at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle: Open X-Design and log in. Click your account icon in the upper right corner. Select [Manage Subscriptions]. Choose your subscription and click [Unsubscribe]. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you purchased the Standard Plan or Pro Plan and have not used it within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. If you purchased the Flexible Plan, you may be eligible for a refund on unused credits within 7 days. If you're unsatisfied with the results, please contact our online support team. We may offer compensation or a refund based on your specific case. If you subscribed through Google Play Store or App Store, you need to request a refund directly from Apple or Google.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
To change your subscription plan: First, cancel your current subscription. Once your current billing period ends, subscribe to a new plan.
Can I use my subscription and credits across different platforms?
Yes! You can use your X-Design subscription and credits via our online tools, iOS, and Android apps. Free and paid features may vary by platform. API credits are separate and can only be used for API integrations.
How are my credits used if I have both Pro and Flexible credits?
Your Pro credits will be used first during your subscription period. Once they are exhausted, your Flexible credits will be used.
Can I get a copy of my invoice?
Yes! After a successful payment, you will receive an email from the payment provider with an electronic invoice. If you did not receive an invoice, please contact our support team.
What payment methods do you support?
